We ship all orders from Ecuador.

You will receive periodical updates via email with the status of your order. If you have not received such an email and believe your order is delayed or missing, please contact Customer Service.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Taytta has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.

We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if not and you wish to make a return for either a refund or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days for Full Price items and 14 days for discounted items.

Returns must adhere to the following:


- Items must be returned in their original packaging
-All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
-Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours and be of resaleable value

We may make a determination based on a variety of factors as stated above during our quality assessment process.

*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return then Taytta reserves the right to return the item back to you.
